IpTL Announces Release of FastLane Model 78 – A MultiPort Secure Transparent Bridging Gateway

Posted by Comments Off on IpTL Announces Release of FastLane Model 78 – A MultiPort Secure Transparent Bridging Gateway

IP Technology Labs announced the release of its newest line of FastLane network appliance, the IpTL Model 78 FastLane MultiPort Secure Transparent Bridging Gateway. FastLane78 provides a single termination point for networking up to 8 remote locations to a central site. The IpTL 78 provides the same high-performance secure and transparent LAN-to-LAN bridging as other IpTL 70 Series devices, but without having to “stack” boxes, use rack space, or create confusing configurations.

When used with any IpTL 70 Series client (e.g. IpTL 75), the IpTL 78 delivers a transparent Ethernet bridge, over the Internet, between the remote client and the central-site. While providing a secure VPN tunnel for any Ethernet frame (including VLAN tagged or MPLS tagged frames) the auto-learning features recognizes traffic for the remote LAN and simply sends only that traffic down the gateway tunnel.

The IpTL 78 offers integrated security and optimization fea-tures which keeps the policy control at the central site. With per-client/tunnel user defined access lists, filters, and SPI the administrator can manage on any IP or MAC address, source and destination address, and protocol types.

The IpTL 78 MultiPort Secure Transparent Bridging Gateway –

  • Solves network integration challenges imposed by infrastructure limitations ( including NATs, DHCP, Firewalls, and Filters/Proxies)
  • Connect users securely & transparently over any existing LAN or WAN.
  • Enables transparent operation of all network applications and hosts.

New 75 Series FastLane Tunneling Ethernet VPN Gateway Released

Posted by Comments Off on New 75 Series FastLane Tunneling Ethernet VPN Gateway Released

Maryland, USA based IP Technology Labs has released its new 75 Series FastLane Tunneling Ethernet VPN Gateway, a network appliance that transparently and securely connects and tunnels any Ethernet LANs over the Internet. Unlike traditional IPSec VPN’s, the IpTL 75 lets VoIP, Video conferencing, cloud computing, surveillance, and network database applications work perfectly as there are no net-work issues complicating their use.

Used in pairs, the IpTL 75 permits one or more LANs to be transparently joined together while permitting computers, hosts, printers, and applications to function normally. Using any provider’s low-cost Internet IP service (e.g. WiMax, CableModem, xDSL, FTTX,) applications and hosts simply “think” they are connected to the same local network.

The IpTL Model 75 is a Point-to-Point transparent Ethernet bridge while providing a secure VPN tunnel for any Ethernet frame (including VLAN tagged or MPLS tagged frames).

Auto-learning features recognizes traf-fic for the remote LAN and simply sends only that traffic down the gate-way tunnel.

IpTL Launches FastLane72 – A Dual Port Secure Transparent Bridging Gateway

Posted by Comments Off on IpTL Launches FastLane72 – A Dual Port Secure Transparent Bridging Gateway

US based IP Technology Labs LLC recently announced the launch of their FastLane 72 Dual Port Secure Transparent Bridging Gateway.

The FastLane 72 solves critical network integration challenges imposed by infrastructure limitations.— including NATs, DHCP, Firewalls, and Filters/Proxies. It connects users securely & transparently over any existing LAN or WAN as well as
enables transparent operation of all network applications and hosts.

The IpTL 72 FastLane Dual-Port Secure Transparent Bridging Gateway provides a universal transition point for distributed and mesh networking. The IpTL 72 provides an easy-to-use solution for transparently connecting distributed networks.

The FastLane72 offers two independent tunnel ports. To adapt to the actual Internet access method (e.g. xDSL, 3G, Sat.) each tunnel can be configured as either client or server. Each tunnel functions as a point-to-point connection and is joined, at the Ethernet level, to the integrated bridge group within the IpTL 72.

The IpTL 72 can be used with any IpTL 70 Series local or remote client (e.g. IpTL 75) while providing a secure VPN tunnel for any Ethernet frame — including VLAN tagged or MPLS tagged frames.

Like all IpTL 70 series devices, the IpTL 72 offers integrated secu-rity and optimization features. With per-tunnel user defined ac-cess lists/ACLs and filters.
